Refund Policy

At Frank's Food Mart-BP, we value your satisfaction and accept refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided you have your original receipt.

Please note that Michigan law restricts refunds on alcoholic beverages unless the product is spoiled, contaminated, or the container is damaged to the extent that it's not fit for sale.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on tobacco products, regardless of the circumstances. If you receive a faulty product, we recommend contacting the distributor for assistance.

Retailers are not authorized to accept lottery ticket returns for any reason, including misprinted tickets or buyer's remorse.
